All orders are made-to-order. This means that we take 1 - 2 weeks to manufacture your bed before shipping.

EUROPEAN UNION:

The available shipping methods are by DHL Parcel, UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver.

WORLDWIDE:

The available shipping methods are by UPS Express Saver.

Kindly note that we need 1 to 2 weeks to manufacture your bed before ship it. Once it's finished, the shipping takes 3 to 5 business days (depending on your location).

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery.

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

Refund and Return Policy

Eligible returns of products purchased on Aposentis.com may be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 14 days.

- All items must be in original new condition. No exceptions will be accepted.
- Bespoke and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please follow the return instructions below:

1. Contact our support team to care@aposentis.com with your intent to return your merchandise.

2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

3. Print and include the invoice received with your order number.

4. Note the item(s) you are returning along with the reason for return.

5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by email using your desired shipping carrier.
NOTE: The return shipping cost are supported by you (the customer). Kindly ship the items with most affordable shipping method for you.
We STRONGLY recommend to ship with tracking number.

6. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
