Exchange & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your pet bed, please review our policy below.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Products that are damaged, heavily used, washed, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for eligible items within the 14-day return window.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns for:
- Used or soiled pet beds
- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
