Which shipping options are available and what are the costs?
In all orders, 200 EUR in shipping cost are included. During the checkout you'll see that we don't charge for the shipping. After the purchase, if the shipping costs (quoted by the shipping company) are more than 200 EUR due to destination or package size we'll contact you with the shipping fee provided by the courier.
The shipping to Europe and North America (Size A beds) don't require an additional fee.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Kindly note that we need 1 to 2 weeks to manufacture your bed before ship it. Once it's finished, the shipping takes 3 to 5 business days (depending on your location).
How can I track my order status?
Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery.
Can I modify my shipping address?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
